I’m a 14 year old guy and recently I have grown what appear to be small breasts. Why is this? I’m really paranoid about this. I can’t do PE at school because the other boys will hassle me. How can I cope?

This is very common. Many males grow breasts especially during puberty. They usually disappear as you continue to grow.
