How to use a condom

Store in a cool dry place-carry in outer pocket.

Check expiry or use by date before using.

Use a water-based lube. Don't use vaseline, oils or body lotion-these weaken the rubber.

Only use electronically tested condoms.

Condoms come in different sizes, shapes, thicknesses, flavours, textures and colours. Try some to see which suit you best.

Use a new condom each time you have sexual intercourse.
