WHAT DO YOU GET?
Course feeFPA has received MOH funding to provide free courses on Contraception and Sexual Health to: Registered Nurses, Independant Midwives, Public Health Nurses and Medical Practitioners, who are employed in Primary Health and / or GP Practice. As places are restricted the MOH has established a hierarchy for priority access as follows:
- Please note: Closing dates for registration are 6 weeks prior to commencement of the course. - You will be told within one week of the closing date whether your enrolment has been accepted Participants must hold either a New Zealand Nursing, Midwifery or Medical Registration and a current practicing certificate. There are a limited number of fee-paying places available to Nurses and Midwives. Cost of courses are available on request. FPA require a $100 administration bond per person, per course, to secure a place on a free course. This will be refunded in full to participants when they attend or if cancellation is received 2 working days prior to the course. To cover administration costs, regrettably no refund can be made less than two working days prior to course.
